COLUMN GUARD HD

Providing 360º protection from accidental impact with building supports, the Column Guard HD offers a heavy duty solution to a serious risk. Tight turning radius’ and poor sightlines in busy warehouses mean plenty of chances for reversing forklifts to impact columns. The Column Guard HD, at 36” high, gives maximum protection for the everyday collisions. Unlike common “pillow” style column protection, anchoring the Column Guard HD directly into the floor ensures zero shock is transferred to the structure.

HEAVY DUTY PROTECTION FROM THE GROUND UP

At 36” high and manufactured from ⅜” thick steel and with ⅜” gussets high-strength, cold rolled steel, Ideal Warehouse Innovations’ Column Guard HD can stop a 10,000lb forklift travelling at 3-4 mph dead in its tracks.
The safety yellow powder coat finish ensures high visibility.
Column Guards are supplied in two halves, making them flexible for adding around columns blocked on one side.
Offered in two sizes, one circular assembly of two halves will comfortably fit around a standard column up to 10” x 10” or 16” x 16”.
Extension assemblies are available in applications that require a larger column guard.
